Qualifications

• General pool and spa background experience
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more
• Perform duties that require lifting, bending, and kneeling for extended periods of time
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
• Mechanical aptitude & problem solving
• Excellent organization skills, quick learner, attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills required
• Team player with customer focus and self-motivated
• High School or better
• Valid PA Driver's License
• Clean criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Assist our Lead Technicians in spring opening and fall winterization of residential swimming pools
• Assist our Lead Technicians when installing safety pool covers per manufactures guidelines
• Assist our Lead Technicians when installing swimming pool liners
• Assist our Lead Technicians in completing pool equipment upgrades
• Responsible for care of company vehicle by keeping maintained, clean, and stocked; responsible for maintaining accurate and proper levels of  inventory on vehicle
• Assist store associates with retail support during peak season, this will included stocking shelves, processing orders, interacting with retail customers, organizing stock rooms and more.
